Residents and small business owners who have been economically impacted by COVID-19 may be eligible for assistance through the City of Hanford’s COVID-19 Emergency Rental, Small Business Assistance Programs starting July 13, 2020. These programs are provided by the City’s Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES), Community Block Development Grant (CDBG), through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Applying for the Programs:

· To request a paper application, please contact City staff at email@example.com or (559) 585-2587. Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The City will accept applications beginning July 13, 2020, at 8 a.m. through July 24, 2020, at 5 p.m., or until the first 20 applications have been received, whichever occurs first. Applications may be submitted via email or hand-delivered to City Hall, Community Development Department. All applications will be date and time stamped as they are received.
Applications will be evaluated for completeness. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will be returned.
