Aerobic Exercise
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Cost: $16.00 / Seniors: $11.00 per month
Leading the way of this low impact exercise is Cindy Rodriguez.  She’ll get you fit! 

Walking & Circuit Class
Monday & Wednesday from 9:45 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Longfield Community Center, 560 S. Douty Street
Cost:  Free of Charge
Walking is great exercise. With the unpredictable Central Valley weather walking inside the Longfield Center gymnasium is the perfect answer.  This class is led by instructor Cindy Rodriguez. Participants can walk the gym or use the circuit set-up by Cindy. The first fifteen minutes of the class will be organized warm-ups with Cindy.

Eight ball is the game with tournaments taking place every other month and special holidays. 

BINGO

Knotty Knitters & Weavers

Knitting and crocheting, the opportunity to learn to weave on a loom.  Share ideas and patterns.  

Country Barn Dance
Hanford Civic Auditorium, 400 N. Douty Street
3rd Wednesday of each month, except January & July.
Time: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Cost: $5 per person
Join us at this very special “Barn Dance”! Spend the evening with the “Rollin West” Band as they play country, rock and oldies for you and your friends to dance to.  Refreshments will be for sale. Tell your friends and bring your sweetheart.

Water Aerobics

Instructor Cindy Rodriguez will lead the way during this fun, stress-free water resistance work-out.  Get the cardio workout that your body requires without putting undue pressure on your joints and muscles. 

Lap Swim

Lap Swim is a great way to exercise at your own pace.  Swimming exercises all the muscles in your body without all of the wear and tear.
