Senior Water Aerobics

Hanford Plunge, 415 Ford Street

May 7 – September 26, 2019 / Tuesday & Thursday / 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Cost: $15.00 per 4 week session

Instructor Cindy Rodriguez will lead the way during this fun, stress-free water resistance work-out.  Get the cardio workout that your body requires without putting undue pressure on your joints and muscles.

 

Adult Lap Swim

May – October / Tuesday & Thursday / 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Cost: $15.00 per 4 week session

Lap Swim is a great way to exercise at your own pace.  Swimming exercises all the muscles in your body without all of the wear and tear.

Eight ball is the game with tournaments taking place every other month and special holidays.

If staying active and in good health is what you’re looking for then this is the class for you!  Zumba for Boomers basic steps modified to meet the needs of the 50 plus crowd, is a great work out with instructor Catherine Wunderly.  The right music puts you in the mood for moving.  It doesn’t feel like exercise at all.  Shake your way to a healthier you!

 

Country Barn Dance

Hanford Civic Auditorium, 400 N. Douty Street

3rd Wednesday of each month, except July.

Time: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Cost: $5 per person

Join us at this very special “Barn Dance”! Spend the evening with the “Rollin West” Band as they play country, rock and oldies for you and your friends to dance to.  Refreshments will be for sale. Tell your friends and bring your sweetheart.
