Hanford! Watch this short video to meet your new National Fitness Campaign Fitness Court Ambassador, Ashelynne Hanold!

Ashelynne, a Hanford resident, Navy veteran and registered nurse, will be hosting a new series of FREE weekly workouts at the Fitness Court, located at Hidden Valley Park.

Come find out what the Fitness Court is all about every Saturday from 9 - 10 a.m. (rain or shine). Everyone is welcome, and trust us, Ashelynne will make you feel comfortable AND empowered!
