Spring Day Camp

Session Dates: March 26th – 30th / 7:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

7:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Fee: $75 Per Child / $55 Second Child Same Family
Space is limited to the first 25 pre-registered participants. The camp will provide breakfast bars, cereal and milk or juice each morning for all campers. Parents and guardians will be responsible for each camper’s lunch and snacks. Please send your child to camp each day with a packed lunch and a snack. There is refrigeration available for perishables.
Each day, campers will participate in active games, arts and crafts, and on Friday there will ba a party with face painting, games, prizes, bounce houses and an Easter Egg Hunt. Please send your little camper with an Easter Basket!
LACEY PARK Summer Day Camp
Parents! This summer bring your children to the coolest hot spot in town. The Lacey Park Day Camp is full of fun and activities for Children grades K thru 6. Field trips, sports, swim, arts and crafts are held weekly.
Regular Day Camp
June 11 – July 20, 2018
Camp hours: 7:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Fees: $60 per week per child & $35 per week 2nd child same family (scholarships applications are available at the main office)
Lacey Camp begins 1 week after “Sizzlin’ Camp” at Teen Center.
Extended Day Camp
Camp hours: 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Morning drop off will be at Lacey Day Camp site and pick-up will be at the Hanford Teen Center after 2:30 p.m.
Fees: $80 per week 1st child & $55 per week 2nd child same Family
Free breakfast and lunch will be provided. If you have a picky eater you are encouraged to pack a lunch or snack. The park in the summer is hot, please send your child to the park with a bottle of water and sunscreen. An igloo of cold water will be on site for refills. Campers should wear tennis shoes and comfortable play clothes.
Lacey Day Camp is an outdoor recreation camp. Campers will learn about the benefits of being physically active, having a healthy lifestyle and the joy of being outdoors. Of course, the main objective will be for the campers to make new friends and have a lot of fun. During this seven week summer program day campers will engage in various group games (capture the flag) and traditional sports (softball/basketball.) They will also participate in a talent show, work on art projects and take weekly field trips to the Hanford Teen Center, the local library and The Hanford Plunge.
Mondays: Active Games day
Tuesdays & Thursdays: Arts & Crafts & Trip to the Plunge (Snack bar money if wanted)
Wednesdays: Trip to the Carnegie Museum
Thursday mornings: Local library Special Events & Trip to the Plunge
Fridays: Teen Center; Video games/snack bar open (May want to bring snack bar money)

Minimum of 20 campers per week required to hold each session. Registration for week #1 due by 6/5/17. Campers will go to the Hanford Teen Center every Friday for games and activities. The snack bar will be open. If you would like your child to purchase a snack, please send money.
SIZZLIN’ SUMMER DAY CAMP at the Teen Center

Weekly games, field trips, cooking, science, arts and crafts and more will be held at the Hanford Teen Center. Free breakfast and lunch provided daily. Space available for the first 40 kids with paid registration.
Regular Day hours are 7:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
$100.00 per child per session (pre-paid by first day of session or a $10 administrative fee will be added) $75.00 2nd child; $60 third child in same family
Extended day camp hours are 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
$130 per child, $95 2nd child; $75 third child in same family.
Camp check in time is 7:45 a.m. daily.

Day Camp Weekly Schedule
Parents, your child will have a blast at the Summer Day Camp.
The weekly schedule of the camp will include a Tuesday & Thursday swim days at the Hanford Plunge, so pack a towel, sun screen and snack bar money.
On Wednesday mornings we will have arts and crafts with Miss “Heide” from Critter Creek. On art days dress for a “mess”, as the kids for will be using paints, glue, glitter and other various types of art mediums.
Fridays will be spent going on a field trip. Each trip has been planned according to the theme of the week. Transportation for trips scheduled for out of town will be by bus. Students will board the bus after breakfast and return no later than the 2:00 p.m. for pick-up.
Parents will be required to fill out an emergency form and permission slip for each child enrolled.
A weekly food menu will be available. If your child has particular tastes, you may bring in a sack lunch from home. The snack bar will be open for 30 minutes each day after lunch. A late afternoon snack will be provided for the extended day kids.
